It's a shame there are so many negative reviews on here. Reading them this seems to usually be due to delivery issues. Don't let this put you off! A percentage of deliveries are always going to be delayed, even if Sponge have done everything perfectly, and I'm sure its actually a very very small percentage compared to the number of deliveries they make.
