  We were a large party of 18 so had a small function room upstairs. We had pre ordered our dinner due to the size of our party. The food was served quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious. Our desserts were very tasty too. The waitresses were polite and friendly and couldn't do enough. I would recommend agsin

  This review would be five stars for the food and three stars for the room (although with the offer that I had, the room was actually very good value and I would have given that four based on price).
  
  The staff and food were five stars. Really unexpectedly good dinner and breakfast, way better thought out and prepared than usual pub food - some of the best I've ever eaten.
  
  The rooms are spacious but are starting to look tired and are probably a little noisy (although not excessively) if you are a light sleeper and want an early night, although this didn't bother me.
